Could this be the first  "telescope" you could use to wipe your backside with? ...... a clear case of seeing Uranus with your telescope.

Technically, it is not a telescope - it doesn't bring light to focus. A 1:1 telescope would still have two lens groups at either end, they would just have the same focal length.
