I tried this a few years back with a DSLR with no luck

So i thought i would give it another go before it goes away.

This is only 7x30min subs from last night.

Camera is the FLI16803

Scope Tak106 @f5

Paramount MX

Calibrated registered stacked played around with in pixinsight thanks to great tutorials from Warren Keller

Once i had the stacked and calibrated image i thought i still had dust donuts but checking other images i noticed its part of the dark nebula that is around simeis 147

Thanks for looking comments always welcome good or bad

Ahh yes thats really nice. I know that dust bunny you're talking about. I'm betting tis at 12 o clock at the top of the nebula. That will throw you a curve ball. For an object so faint, 30min subs is the way to attack it. Lovely job, and I don't think I have ever seen it in a single frame / scope combo at over 500mm. That FLI 16 meg must be a monster.
