ITS CLEAR , LAST NIGHTS EFFORTS

At last a clear night, been months since i handled a scope , thought i would have forgot how to do it all ,everything went smooth last night, first with the ED80 taking the network nebula, this was a dream one , roll on darker nights to get some colour.

Then i tried the BIG C11 , this is still very hard without guiding to grab images, even at the reduced f6.3, the subs on both M57 and M27 were only 15 secs, so its amazing what data can be grabbed with this light grabbing C11,anyway the last two were mucking about really , look foward to when longer exposures can be done , WHEN I GET THIS DOME SORTED.

Rog, nice to see you back at the scope after the hols. That C11 surely does grab the light for you. The observatory will make imaging and visual so much more enjoyable.

Your Network is stunning as I'd expect from you Rog but your Dumbell and Ring are amazingly good off the short subs.
