It would be worth gathering some more data to smooth out the noise and it will be top shelf stuff. I know what you mean about it being a lean time imaging. Spr Posted December 27, 2011 Author Share Posted December 27, 2011 thanks to eveyone for the encouraging comments.Spikey, enjoy using the 383L no problems at all - using with a starlight xpress filter wheel - did try 1.25 filters but @ f6.3 found the vignetting unusable whereas the 36mm filters have no problems and you can still get all 7 in the carousel. (wouldnt want to change them in the dark)Agreed Kevin I need more data to reduce the noise, question is (something I struggle with) do I continue with more rgb or would I be better to go for some luminance?Darren Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
