Here's my pictures of the eclipse from California. 150mm Dobsonian, Canon T5i, 1.5sec, ISO 1600. Thanks for looking!

Here's a quick pic of the Sun I snapped this morning on a beautiful day in California. Single shot, 1/1250 sec., ISO 200. Taken with a Sony A300 connected to a 150mm Dob.

Here's one image from tonight's Eclipse in CA. I took a picture every 10 minutes, will try to make a gif time lapse tomorrow. Quick single shot taken with 150mm Dob, Sony A300 attached. Edited quickly in Photoshop CS6.

By the way this was single shot taken with Sony A300.

Here's the sun from today in CA. There were a few clouds in the sky, but managed to get this. First pic in a while.

Here's my images of the super moon from last night. Single shot, 1/1250 sec., ISO 200. Also here is a wide-field shot, I took two separate exposures: 1/320 for the moon. 1/2 for the background. Both were ISO 200, 300mm focal length. This is my first attempt at this so it doesn't look great.

Thanks guys!

Here's todays sun, a single shot, 1/1250 sec., ISO 200. First picture in a while, I've been very busy lately so it's nice to keep some solar images in. Thanks for looking!

Definitely worth waiting for. My first view through a 150mm Dob was incredible and I'll never forget it. It looks fake through the eyepiece.

Wow! Those are really nice.

Some of my best of 2012.

Thanks everyone! Tony- Yeah it really is amazing that we are seeing the same moon from so far away.
