Does anyone know if it would make any difference using a NXS or a SLT handset on my 130 SLT telescope. I have tried them both and they both work almost identically. Not sure if the older SLT handset has been updated or not. The reason I am asking is a friend of mine is having problems with his own handset and I would like to donate one of mine to him but not sure if they would be interchangeable.

I built a platform trolley for mine and wouldn’t be without it as it saves so much time setting up.

Once you have collimated your scope a few times it becomes as easy as riding a bike and you will wonder why it ever bothered you.

I built a platform trolley for mine and it can be wheeled out and ready in a minute. Make sure you use at least 2 locking wheels for stability.

Could you be more specific, where are you wanting to attach a dovetail bar ?

I fitted that focuser upgrade to my SW 120 ST and did not notice any difference in the weight at all and it vastly improved the focusing. I would not go back to the standard focuser.
