very good , i got back the gym yesterday after the house move not really had much time. i done 5K on the treadmill to break me in :)

I have resorted to spin cycling instead of going out on the bike for the last couple of months :)

That's a fairly impressive distance

Not back up to my usual speed, it took me 1 hour 14 minutes.

Out of interest, is that stitching together really high mag stills for a massive picture, or are you taking a bunch of photos and stitching together a lunar map made of the best quality images/parts of images?

I stitched 33 1280x1024 shots taken with a planetary camera at f=2030

I would estimate it at about 10.8
