thanks Dave, the one on the off going was faint but the cloud was moving very fast I was just about to give up when I managed them 400ish frames it was enough for the jist. hope its clear tomorrow for us all it would problerly be the first 4 sessions ive had in a week this year. charl.

I use a home made H stile config " 3 8inch vix type" where the scopes add to the stability, it works well the saddle is just the one the mount came with. I need 3 5kg counterweight to ballance. charl.

ive had a 102 f11 and a ed80 on my HEQ5 with no problems I think with cams ect its about 15kg balance is everything, I could get 2min unguided "ed80" without trails so its worth a try. charl. this is solar set up it weighs a bit more due to the quark. I carnt find a pic of when it was set up for ds.
