Great night with the new scope at thrusts cross reservoir, it'll be fantastic around new moon!

Haaaayyyy who's being buying all the flocking paper from FLO, I was going to carry out that mod after the lacerta 10:1 upgrade... you know, so i have an excuse to touch my scope despite all this cloud, without attracting unwanted attention from naysayers wanting me to empty dishwashers and the like..

I can confirm that the 15mm slv is a heck of a good ep! Just blown away M13 with the 200p, not even from a dark sky either! Happy happy happy.

New ostara finderscope arrived today... Looks like aright piece of kit... Wonder if it will fit in my generic skywatcher shoe though. Only one way to find out.....

Really missing my grab and go ikle frac for the photo tripod... just such a useful combo for all sorts of things..

reasonably sure ive just my head solar white lighting... got to say I was pleased with the ikle 80mm frac last night.. worth dragging to corfu for a week.

Right, well, I had one G&T and fell asleep at 9... Please tell me it was cloudy in North Yorkshire last night and it cleared up an hour ago! :-/
