      I suppose with such a scope a high mag EP will just over-magnify and thus compromise contrast..

      Do you have a Crayford dual focuser ?

      I'm not sure, Shaun. But as far as I know the focuser is very smooth on this model.

      It gets worse when you have so much to put together for an imaging session for example. If had a nickel every time I spent at least 45 minutes setting up and then...bang...clouds!!
