Hello,i forgot to put my memory card in the camera...again,but i know they are saved in APT,but how do i transfer them onto DSS...if any one can tell me how to do it,but if they could tell me if i was a 5 year old and not a 52 year old....lol, that would be great. Thanks.

It probably would have been around midnight that it would have happened.....and def no pesky neighbours.

Dont think so...as i have imaged the same way lots of times with no problem,actually no cause the laptop was still on ok.

The last update was at 5.17 this morning and the check was i minute earlier.

I had the scope and camera all set up to do some AP last night.I had APT,PHD2,CDC, ect all running getting 500 sec subs. I headed to bed and set the alarm for 3.00 expecting close to 30 subs taken and when i checked on the laptop,every thing had closed down after 7 subs. The mount was still tracking and the laptop was still on but all the programs were off. This is the second time its happened in exactly the same way. My first thought was the cables came loose,but today i set up and loosened the usb,s but the same thing did'nt happen. Any ideas...

It depends on your computer,it you google the model and how to take screenshots you will get it.

Even try all your cables just incase something is loose.

Also when you click connect in cdc, when window comes up does it say POTH at top of window,it is a simple thing thats wrong,i had the same thing happen and it was a simple thing i had'nt clicked,but i cant remember what exactly i done.

This may sound silly,but i have done it....is mount on ok,and have you connected mount in ascom.

Do you have the correct com port selected in ascom set up.

When you say nothing happens...do you mean the mount does,nt move.

Looks good.....one thing remember to make sure youe extension cable is fully wound out as if not it can over heat.

I have bought a few things from them and they were excellent,also i bought an ES eyepiece from an American company and the eyepiece developed a fault and astro.eu replaced it with a new eyepiece,something the American company wouldnt do.
