Captain Scarlet
Delivered this morning. Not astronomy-related, except that the third more normal-sized book of his that I’m currently already halfway through does describe the night sky quite often. My reading sorted out for a while!

Zermelo
A birthday present from Mrs. Z I've had a quick play with it in the daytime and it works a treat.

Did it come with the Bluetooth shutter control for the phone? They're like £2 if not. My favourite is video calling people to show them a tour of the moon. 1

I hadn't thought of that one 😁
bosun21
Finally got myself a grab and go setup. Delivered today a new (to me) small refractor and lightweight alt/az mount. A Williams Optics Zenithstar II ED80mm and a Vixen Porta mount. It also came with a WO 2" dielectric diagonal and RDF. This is what I needed for those breaks in the cloud.
PeterStudz
@bosun21 that looks ideal and far more suitable than my rather rudimentary (I mean cheap) garb-and-go setup. And man size slow motion controls too. They must be at least 3 feet long 😀 1

I like the idea of a shelf full TBH but it bothers me that the series might just stop half way through and half a shelf would (for me) feel like an expensive half built folly...i will probably facilate till the set is fully published and the current volumes 1 to 9 or whatever are impossible to get hold of...
GrumpiusMaximus
A new (to me) Giro-WR alt-az mount arrived yesterday from the classifieds, kindly posted by @Littleguy80 and formerly of @Stu. Lovely thing and lets me get my C5 back into regular rotation. Thank you very much indeed for a quick and easy purchase.

Captain Scarlet
Not exactly posted, rather collected from a mutually convenient meeting point: a pair of Nikon Astroluxe 18x70, hilariously huge; and a Gitzo fluid head plus Leofoto tripod. All thanks to @Emperor!Takahashi!. I’ve tried out the binoculars terrestrially very quickly (very nice) but that’s not what they’re for. They have individual focus. It’ll be fascinating to compare them to my Zeiss 15x56 which has been until now my go-to astro binocular. Photos (with my little Zeiss 10x32s for comparison):

This is a 5.5kg 106mm triplet, a 60mm Tak and TV85 👍 9

I tried to print one of these but my printers waaaay too small, that might be the next upgrade! Unfortunately holding my tripod legs together might be least of my mount issues...

I’m just cherry picking. Eg there is a volume just on Magellanic Clouds and another that (by alphabetical chance) is mainly southern constellations. I think there is a could chance the the series remains incomplete. 1
