40th Birthday Present - new setup!

After much hassel I now have a used SPX 200 f6 OTA...

Nearly did a part ex + cash for 10" Orion Optics from another member here, but had to pull out because the cash had to be spent on house plumbing issues :? . Since then I've sold a number of items and manage to cover 60% of the cost of the SPX with family covering the rest. It was a real bargin it has to be said, and I thank the person who sold it to me (not a member).. it was just a shame he was giving up astronomy!. Needless to say it will be well looked after and used.

Never seen secondary mirror vanes like that before either I bet they give rather different shaped diffraction spikes!
