SH2-173 Phantom of the Opera

I captured this over the past week.  It's not the most interesting of targets and quite faint but it's a new one for me.

Scope: Tak FSQ106

Camera: QSI 532 wsg (now almost a museum piece!)

Filters: Baader RGB and 7nm Ha

Ha 36 x1800 secs  RGB 60 x 120 secs each channel

Captured, calibrated and combined with Maxim.  Processed in PS with a little help from PI

It's called the Phantom of the Opera but rotated 90deg clockwise I can see the face of a yhorkshire terrier!

Yes, this is the grumpy old man orientation!  Rotate 90deg counter clockwise for Phantom of the Opera and clockwise for yorkshire terrier😆

What a cracking image Martin, I see the grumpy old man (thought I was looking in a mirror) and the phantom, but not the Yorkie, but then you've confused me with the difference between counter clockwise and anti-clockwise... 🤔
