very cloudy here but I was persistant and got a short gap with thinnish cloud . the ARs are looking very nice on the live view if only for a few seconds. havnt had chance to see any proms yet but ill update if I get lucky.

kit 120mm f5, quark, asi120mc.

Great pics, Charl! In white light, I'm picking up small black points around the edges of AR2740. I'm very new to solar so this is all a learning experience right now

thanks Neil, yes there pores, thay tend to get hidden in the chromosphere in HA, ive packed it in for day now not one more gap "darn weather" glad your getting some views. charl.

Not far from Hay-on-Wye, so not that near probably about a 2 hour drive away.
