sunday Prom action +new spot 7-4-19

same old same old here, so i tried another scope "ye old ED80" for a change to see if it makes a difference with the crudd in the sky and i think it has. very quiet today only small proms and the AR is bairly showing. update new bigish spot on limb, im imaging now will update soon.

I've been watching that spot on Helioviewer over the weekend, it's looks (in WL) like the most activilty we've seen in a while, big old spot too!
