Last night observation of Comet 46P Wirtanen at constellation of Eridanus mag.6.5

SCOPE: Dob 10px Sky-Watcher solid tube 1200/4.7

EYEPIECE: Edmund Optics 32mm ELF

LOCATION: Mammari

I agree that its a lot fainter than the emphemeris suggests, which currently put it at around Mag 3.5

Thanks for posting your great sketch - inspired me to go and hunt down the comet last night. Beautiful view until a plane flew straight across the field of view and nearly gave me a heart attack!
