Mine is a rather old version from Celestron, it's their heavy duty Alt-Az mount-https://www.firstlightoptics.com/celestron-mounts/celestron-heavy-duty-alt-azimuth-mount.html

The Az and alt controls are very smooth to operate with the Star Adventurer (SA) mount onboard giving very good control when polar aligning and I've used this configuration for a few years now after finding the original SW wedge for the SA to be very coarse in operation.
