I can't understand why people doubt that it is genuine. I have an even better gadget, it's a filter that fits over the top of the 'scope and enables observing through the clouds, I invented it myself. It is still in the development stages which is why I haven't put it on the market yet. The only drawback that I am still having to work on is that sometimes it can take days or even weeks to work. But I will fix that when I upgrade it from vacuum tubes to solid state circuitery, then it will not need such a long period to warm up.

If it was real, whole regions of the UK would suffer from terrible draughts... 

At the moment one needs access to battery or two of AA guns to chemically seed the clouds. A squadron of aircraft would work too. Both are slightly difficult to source  if you are not named Kim.
