August 17, 2016 - FD and Prom Animation

Hi Guys,

FD and prom from 17th August, 

Some of the frames in the animation are blurry, I guess changing conditions attribute to the quality of captures. If I sharpen too much it just looks bad, therefore I deleted as many as I could.

Would be nice to know how everyone else process data for prom animations.

FYI - I use Alt-Az mount, results in field rotation. And two days later the mount stopped working

Nice images Nihal, you should align all the images in iMPPg first.

Hi Dave,

After stacking in AS!2, I process it in ImPPG (LR/Unsharp Mask etc etc) then Align (in ImPPG). Last is apply false colour in PS, followed by GIF.

Should I be aligning before LR/Unsharp Mask the image?

It's a sign, you need an EQ mount  Hope you get sorted soon.
