ZWO ADC problem?

I used my ZWO ADC a couple of nights ago for the first time, well the first time 'properly'.  However, the end result is an image with lines across it.  Anyone any idea what is causing this?  I wasn't able to properly align the colours so captured a video anyway so maybe that is a possibility?

The lines are from your camera, nothing to do with the ADC.

Been using the camera for a year or so now and never had these until using the ADC.
