Solar Images Taken in Brutal Seeing

Friday afternoon was about the worst seeing I have experienced in the last few months. It was beautifully clear. But viewing the sun was like looking through ripples in a pond. I still managed to get some details out of the originals, but the process was somewhat laborious. The difference between good and bad seeing really is stark. Too bad, because there were some nice active regions involved.

Thanks Michael and Dave. In good seeing these two ARs would have been smashing. But I suppose this is good results for what I had to work with. Dave, it has mostly been wall to wall clouds here as well.
