Clear Outside

Hi

Does anyone else on here use the app 'Clear Outside"?  Is it any good?

It's free, it is very good, just install it and try it

Like any forecast, it's only as good as the data it receives so don't think badly of it if it's wrong some of the time.

It's a very well put together app which displays the data in an easy to view format. It's the only thing I look at now, other than satellite images from Sat24 or rainfall radar info. As said, install it and have a go [emoji3]

+1 for Clear Outside. It's as good as any other forecasting tool and has a plethora of additional astro-related information as well.

Of all the apps and websites I've tried, the most accurate seems to Metcheck.com.

Even then a good look out of the window is the best method usually!

I use both ClearOutside, one for the P C and the app for my phone, they are

pretty accurate, I use them every day, they give all the information I need.

Downloaded Clear Outside this morning - so far it's been very accurate at forecasting the weather for my area. I combine it with the BBC Weather app as CO doesn't forecast as far ahead. However, for a freebie, you could do a heck of a lot worse...

Downloaded it for My Tab earlier, great little app and very accurate thus far. More or less 100% cloud cover scheduled here all evning/night. 4th night on the bounce.

Just checked the latest, hoping I've got this right. Looking like a 2 hour clear spell with only 1-6% Total cloud cover between 00:00 and 02:00. Aldeberan and what I think is a nebula is prominent in the east at the moment, can anyone confirm? Gonna go out and give it a try, will report back.
