Possibly my best to date, still a lot to learn but am starting to get some detail on the surface ...

That last one has got loads of detail. How do you find

the CELESTRON EDGE 800HD .Got some good picts  

there.

I love the scope Steve, but the edge is probably over the top for planetary really. With hindsight I should have got the 9.25 non edge but got caught up in all the flat field, vents and shiny paint job stuff

Join the club.I bought the CPC HD one.

I had a C11 before this & this is way in

front, optic wise. Getting better pics with this, than

I ever did with the C11.I do not regret spending  

the extra dosh now. Did wonder at the time.

Well done, looks excellent to me  

Great scope but I'm biased! I'm sure my Edge is a bit sharper on axis compared to my older C8 XLT, stars just seem a bit tighter, don't know why?

I've nothing to compare it to Chris, but i' very happy with it
