great I like the light cloud on the photo and we we had the same when we looked at the conjunction earlier,adds atmosphere I think

You're right. These images are more consistent with their relative positions on February 19. On the 20th, the three are much closer. I'm waiting for clouds to break to see the trio!

The diagram must be wrong, my image was taken at 18:32 UTC this evening (20/02/15). Venus and Mars are closer together tomorrow evening, see the image below set for 18:30 tomorrow, and they leading the moon down to the horizon

that image is pure hype designed to drive customers to advertisement driven websites imho. 3 seconds on Starry Night Pro or Stellarium shows the real orientation viewed from the UK. This image is from Stellarium at 18:30 this evening

Real images cant lie. 

I couldnt see it, but it sure wasnt as the diagram showed.

Isn't that diagram showing what the US will see in their evening sky, about five hours or later than what we saw in the UK? So that would put the Moon closer to Venus and Mars as the diagram shows.
