Just e mail me when I come back Pete,I'll let you have the dates just before I go that would probably be easiest all round if its OK with you.just come back in with the bins from the farmers field opposite didn't last long as the mist is just starting to set in,hopefully better tomorrow.

BBC Weather -   Fog now seems to be the worry looking forward - maybe the best of March is behind us

Last night was fantastic - I was stuck outside a garage in Hengoed looking upwards most of the night as a mechanic struggled reassembling the alternator on my car. Looks like fog is going to be the issue again tonight but it would be a record equalling 9 nights observable if it comes off.

Last night equalled the longest consecutive period of observable nights in the last 2 years if it happens again tonight and the signs are good down here in Ceredigion it will be an unprecedented 10 nights straight.amazing considering the weather we've had since the end of 2013

Friday night in Mid West Wales where I was, was clear as a bell from about 9pm thta brought up 10 consecutive observable nights - the first time I've recorded that in 2 years. There was a case to be made for Saturday night as well but as we'd spent the whole day in the pub watching rugby I can't be sure what the conditions were even though the wife did tell me I had wandered in and out of our caravan all night looking up and eventually came to bed absolutely freezing cold so I must have been watching something but no prizes this time. Not looking good for the rest of the week now but fingers crossed things will pick up after the weeekend.

Well its not holding the formatting I've got on excel but its easier to manage and should make data comparison easier when the numbers get bigger - anyone with any technical experience and tips on displaying excel spreadsheets in a better format on the forum would be welcomed.

I just can't get it to work Mike - never mind back to the old manual way of doing it before I do some more research - I like a challenge

Well Tuesday night was a bit of an unexpected bonus- spend a good 40 inutes in the farmers field opposite my house with the bins but normal service resumed today although Mike if your readinglooks like its going to clear up tonight around midnight and you might get a good few hours in.

Thanks Steve,  although the local forecast looks good, I've got to get an early sleep the next couple of nights.  :sad:

Edit: We have structural steel arriving today, with a crew and myself fabricating columns & beams. Hopefully the

installation will be done this weekend.
