Cheap eyepiece holder

The wife has been having a clear out in the kitchen and threw out a plastic egg holder from a fridge, which I retrieved and recycled as an eyepiece holder. I am going to mount it on a wooden block to keep it stable

A few years back I spent hours and hours making something similar from plywood.

Lots of measuring, drilling, cutting to size, smoothing, glue, etc.

Really I should have just kept my eye open for thrown out fridges when passing laybys or driving down country lanes!
