So my attempt at M33, its only 2 hours worth of 300 sec exposures with associated darks and lights

Oh it looks a lot better on my PC not sure what happened when it was uploaded

Hmmm, the background looks really clipped - the data should be there for the outer arms (can just about make them out). If it appears different on the PC then have a look at how you are saving it, ive never really had a problem with jpgs (apart from when working on very large images) but others use .png format to save their stuff. Hope you get it sorted out
