Hello from sunny-ish Norfolk

Hello, my name is Andy.

I was a member here many moons ago but things lapse ...

I've been a member of Norwich Astronomical Society for a few years and I've always been into theoretical astronomy but am getting more involved in visual observing.

I tend to sway towards mechanical equipment but, despite some opinions, I'm not an electronics luddite!

I'm currently mating a 10" newt ota onto a dob mount ... a harder job than it could be when the mount is from Orion!

Depends on whether your running 38" super swamper boggers or not :evil6:

900x16 XZL at a decent pressure are lumpy enough with no load on them! Perhaps I'll even get Barbara running for a trip to the Kelling autumn star party
