Here's a picture of "My Baby".

Skywatcher "Black Diamond" Series 180mm Pro Maksutov.

This scope never ceases to amaze me. It features razor sharp optics, stunning contrast and light grasp.

The moon through it is ridiculous...it just eats up magnification.

Coupled with some quality Tele-Vue eyepieces - this is observing Nirvana for me.

The Lunar Image was taken 8th August 2012 - get this - Hand Held with a Samsung Galaxy Note Phone with an 8MP Camera, through a 25mm Televue Plossl.

Welcome Dave to SGL. You appear to live in a isolated area from the photo. I really like the 180mm Mak/Cass - excellent value for the money. Well done on the photo - pretty good for a phone.

Planetary , Solar , Lunar , Clusters , Doubles , Small Planetary nebs .... it loves them all .... 

Not done as much imaging as I should have yet but my best Saturn was with it along with my Sky at Night picture of the month ....

Seeing that image if Saturn makes me want one even more! Need get the rest of my DSO gear first but sometime in the next year I can see my self having one of these gems

The scope is a very nice piece of kit, I just wish that the bolt on bits and bobs were of the same quality and they are not, I have given away most of the things that came with mine.
