Typically as it's the first night in over two weeks that is likely to be quite clear, I'm off out.

Forecast isn't to bad for tomorrow either though, so fingers crossed.

Keeps changing its mind here. Was raining heavily earlier, but has cleared up. Fingers crossed for a clear night.

It was quite bright here but just had a heavy hail shower and now getting brighter again. Who knows what it will be doing later tonight.

I got loads of the blue stuff atm..

Change here - cleared around 5pm - with bright blue sky - Jupiter and Venus looked fantastic in the twilight sky... rolled the roof of the Obsy back and set up ready in anticipation. Trying to get PHD guiding became harder and harder as less and less stars were visible, popped my head out (I'm remote desktop from the lounge PC) and big banks of cloud covering the sky... parked the scope and rolled the roof back, just as it started spitting with rain..

Everything is sitting there waiting for it to clear up, but it's a very changeable night at the moment
