Hello all,

My name is Rus and I becoming interested in doing some stargazing. I'm starting from scratch here mostly a complete newbie. I'm going to be doing some research to acquire a telescope soon, and learn what to do with it. :p

I hope to meet some new friends here, perhaps some close by.

Hi Rus, I am a total newbie but the binoculars I have are really good. More experienced members on here say they are good too and I can't fault them. You do need a tripod though as they can get heavy. They come with a tripod adaptor though so if you have a tripod then you're good to go. They are Celestron Skymaster 15x70 and as I have sai they are brilliant for general scanning and tripod use. Everyone in here are really friendly and from the looks of it extremely experienced.
