Loads of detail there! I would love to see an external aperture mask used here. Not really a fan of the spikes on just about every star.

What aperture was the lens set to? Its very sharp!

Great job, lovely nebulae everywhere. Would the aperture mask change the ratio down to F5 or something slower than the F4?

Yes. Wide open it's F2.8 which is a nice idea but introduces coma.

To cut that down you need to slow the f ratio by reducing the aperture. The FL is 200mm so if you want to try F4 divide 200mm by 4, get fifty, and so cut a 50mm hole in your mask. It will cover my 15mm square chip much faster than that, around F3.5.

you use such a mask with a 200 lens? I have to make one! Diameter 50mm is good? A friend of mine tried to do it with a mask last night but he got an ugly vignette.

You don`t have problems like that?
