The 16" Lightbridge, being a Truss Dobsonian, will take up less room in the Van than the 12" Skywatcher. Chances are though that both will be in demand and be thin on the ground! (Looking at FLO's Google statistics, the 'Skywatcher 300P' has been in the top 10 searched for scopes all Month!)

The 16" Lightbridge is on the water now and expected to arrive early April. Likely selling price £1499.

I'll announce its arrival here but I have a feeling that by the time it arrives, they might all be pre-sold.

No, it isn't designed to work the new Crayford focusers. Hopefully there is another in the pipeline.

The new one sold by Orion Binoculars and Telescopes (Orion US) is advertised as being compatible with their crayford - as it all comes from the same place, something SHOULD be in the pipeline  HTH
