perfect time to renovate and build a obsy into the attic!

I know it sounds a bit pat/glib Jules but just try to take these things one day at a time, trying to make the set backs into meaningful projects. If it were me, I'd set myself a reward for getting things sorted; 12 months down the line a tasty 120 APO, for example :-)

I seccond Qualia! perhaps that 120 in a small obsy :)
