  4. oh and by the way the sky temp is not fixed, it has fluctuation and needs an eye on it as the seasons change.

Looking good Steve my rotation gubbins is on its way back to Pulsar as its sticking, they ae goign to look at the electronics to see what issues are goign on then Dave is coming out to reinstall and see if there are any further issues. I feel that the dome (due to is sitting on fibreglass walls with no flat surface on top of this) has moved over time and the wall is not flat any more so the dome is sitting on it at an angle, but this is just a hunch, Ill have to wait and see, and then get it all working again for the winter.
  6. That sounds like your browser has been hijacked by a bit of malware that turns words on a page into links to various advertisements. Id run the usual security sweeps on your pc, and reset the browser to default settings ect.

      For the UK I am probably about to infringe to Religion restrictions of SGL. All tea is yuck, pour it down the sink, with or without milk. Actually don't waste the time to make it. Guess who doesn't like tea ? :-))

  15. AH HA !!! progress im just running of some flats sould be sleeping but the house is busy as the family are back from been a way for a few days.... as soon as thats done ill do a reboot to test it

  17. oh do you know a way to autostart the cloud sensor un reboot, it will go in the startup folder but still needs to be clicked start to go. is there a switch i can add to the command line?
  18. Steve I dont bother with the dome locks had some strong wind and its not been an issue. Unless your using them for security purposes?

  20. when you get round to it a flow chart of sorts and mayeb some reasing to why certain routes would be helpful overall, getting it all to talk reliably is an ongoing issue for me atm.

      Yep just happened to me,, had the scope set up @ 7pm,was hoping to view Venus and jupiter with some new colour filters and yep ,,along came the clouds,,.Great british weather.

      Happens here on the Irish Sea coast all the time, temp drops, pressure drops, clouds roll in. Have not had a session longer than 4 hours this year!

      This has happened to me for the past 2 weeks. Sunny during the day, clouds at night. I think this weekend may be the first in awhile i get to go out again.

  22. Steve I may of missed it but have you documented your ascom setup so to speak?
