  1. Thanks, I've been called some thing's but not Novella, lol 🤣
  2. Thanks Sunshine, much appreciated. I've not seen a filament across a spot before in the fifth image. There was amazing activity.
  3. Hi all, sorry for the belated post. Solar activity from the 20th January. Lunt 60mm double stack, lunt Cak b1800 and WL wedge with continuum filter. Zwp Asi 178mm Camera. AR3190 was still amazing as was the huge prom in the south western quadrant in calcium II K wavelength. Wasn't seen in hydrogen alpha.
  4. Well done, the first one of many.
  5. Thanks, my first stacked comet image. Another stacked image from C/2022E3
  6. Images of the comet stacked in DSS. Canon 1000dm. 12inch Newtonian F4
  7. It is a nice brightish comet, showing a defuse tail now. Lovely green hue in a 30 sec exposure. We'll worth staying up late for and getting higher in the North East between ursa and minor major.
  8. Alway's wanted a pic from inside the dome with stars showing through the shutter opening. Eq8R Pro and 00 12inch newtononian f4. Comet catching last night.
  9. It's for everyone's safety, I was nearly scammed on here but thought something amise when their PayPal name account was different and in dollars.
  10. Just in, amazing clear night, just a shot of the screen, a definite defuse tail with bright green coma. I got out the big gun, lol.
  11. My bad attempt with my planetary none cooled zwo asi 462MC, lol, don't laugh, I've only none cooled, lol. Last night 80ed refractor. Screenshot. I was intrigued by the movement through the star field.
  12. First time I've tried to see it. It's quite small compared to Neowise a couple of year's ago but at least it's a brightish comet. Interesting green hue to it. Well done on imaging it, it's my first time with the new Eq8 R Pro mount. I was amazed that it tracked really well with no guiding.
  13. I estimated it at just below naked eye visibility and could easily see it with averted vision.
  14. Just in from trying to get this comet. Sceenshots, not sure how it'll come out, uncooled zwo Asi 462MC.
  15. I've been looking at 200mm refractors for solar, lol but I think my next refractor for solar will be a 150mm, lol. I blame not sleeping at night sometimes, lol. Sunshine, why not the 100mm double stack lunt?
  16. Nice captures malp, thanks for sharing. AR3190 is certainly one of the largest spot this solar cycle.
  17. Very atmospheric, thanks for sharing.
  18. Activity is still on the way up so probably another 2yrs of this type of activity. Solar Maximum is predicted to be early 2025 but it could be as early as late 2024 so a few good year's of solar activity to come.
