  1. I have zero regrets with my C9.25. Brilliant scope 👍🏻
  2. @John said that for years, but succumbed in the end 👍🏻
  3. M180 or 210, Nicola? Ultimately, we will need photographic evidence, of course 😊
  4. Following that trend you should invest in an FS 60Q before Tak stops making them, David. 😊
  5. I’ve gone all dizzy looking at these refractors. Time to contribute some pics of my own see what I did there? 🤣🤣🤣
  6. Until the inevitable happens 🤔
  7. I somehow missed this thread. Best title for a thread in ages, @Sunshine Anyway, I’d like to see someone try licking a Newton mirror…..it’s refractors all the way 👍🏻
  8. I like the concept of night and day mounts, Nigella. All sounds very chic 🤣
  9. I thought you’d been conspicuous by your absence on this vitally important thread, Alan 🤔
  10. I had a weird dream the other night that I was in the obsy with my C11 and my wife came in said “that squatty black tube looks awful, why don’t you replace with a sleek white Takahashi FS 152?” 🤔
  11. Great report and lovely looking scope 👍🏻

  14. Very nice Dave. Have you selected your first light target?
  15. I can see what sold it to you Dave @F15Rules. Nice!
  16. It’s a strange source they cite for coming up with the best spots: “Stress Free Car Rental” website 🤔
  17. I tried that argument on my wife: the more I buy, the more I save 😊
  18. Lovely 👍🏻 But must have cost an 💪🏻 and a 🦵🏻 🤣
  19. ‘Twas I that had a problem, Mike. I visited Takahashi America. Plenty of ogling, but only came away with those 2 Tak TPLs and some eclipse glasses. Nice chat with the guys there.
  20. There are several networks that use low light video cameras to detect meteors, @Andrew INT. I belong to NEMETODE: http://www.nemetode.org The advantage of contributing to a network is that by triangulation it is possible to triangulate the trajectory of the meteor and determine its orbit.
  21. Sadly I couldn’t make it Max as I was flying back from Houston. Next time…
  22. The new FS 60Q looks wonderful, SuburbanTak 👍🏻
