  1. I hope it’s a Japanese astro goodie 🀞🏻
  2. No pressure @ST_Steve 🀣
  3. Well, yes it is on the days they (are allowed to?) deliver. As mentioned above, we are lucky to get 3 deliveries a week in my village. Today is a non delivery day.
  4. I think a ghost is sneaking a peak thru your Tak, Mike.
  5. That is an impressive piece of kit! Worth getting just for the handle in my book πŸ‘πŸ»
  6. That’s odd about bending. I’ve never experienced that on my TSA 120 (or FS 100DZ). I wonder if the focuser itself was too tight (can be user adjusted).
  7. I find my Lunt 50 (single stack) gives excellent views. I had to get a replacement filter a few years ago (supplied free, but I think you have to pay a few pounds now) - just beware if buying 2nd hand. I generally use it with a hyperflex 21 to 7 zoom, but sometimes with Tak LE eyepieces. All these come to focus.
  8. STEVE and SAR are part of SAID (sub auroral ion drift)
  9. That’s interesting Mike. I’ll do a comparison of both.
  10. Excellent. Our postie always checks the back garden if no response at door.
  11. The Nagler 31 isn’t that big, Sunshine (sorry, we don’t eat Baked Beans in this household)
  12. I was lucky enough to get a used one from a chum. Not going for one of these, Dave? Similar FOV, darker Sky background.
  13. Well, my expectations have just been exceeded. I ordered an eBay item at 7pm Friday. I was notified it was posted Saturday 2nd class. Delivered by postie 10am today πŸ‘πŸ»
  14. Cracking images DannyπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
  15. With some used copies advertised for hundreds of pounds, interesting to see a second edition coming out on March 28: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Atlas-Messier-Objects-Highlights-Deep/dp/1009364065/ref=asc_df_1009364065/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=676254667576&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=17469961942042792447&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9046502&hvtargid=pla-2274295531430&psc=1&mcid=b34805ab066a3a99a579cd6ff30ebd8e&th=1&psc=1&gad_source=1
  16. Since when did you get a Seestar, Mike? πŸ€”
  17. That was the 15th century equivalent of Turn Left at Orion. I think @Peter Drew bought a copy when it was first published.
