They are looking really nice today, got some good detail, the weather has changed for the better here, it's about time.

I use a Rigel QuikFinder with my raci finder, I don't know what I would do with out it, it has a smaller footprint than a Telrad, lighter too, the battery lasts a very long time, and cost next to nothing, that's If you remember to switch it off. https://www.firstlightoptics.com/finders/rigel-quikfinder-compact-reflex-sight.html

If it's a new scope then a simple collimation cap is the cheaper way, your scope won't be far out of collimation, probably the primary mirror will be out, so don't touch the secondary until you have sorted out the primary, this mirror does move in transit, Flo has a very good one, I use this one myself. https://www.firstlightoptics.com/other-collimation-tools/rigel-aline-collimation-cap.html Just line up the donut and you should be good to go, try a star test to make sure but it should be fine. Hi Anthony, depending on where you keep it, if you keep it in the house then half an hour to 40 minutes, in a shed or garage, 20 minutes should be fine. Clear Sky's. minutes
