First off. Ptfe bearings I made to stop any sidewards movement on my alt bearings. I did use felt pads but caused a lot of drag next photos. Show before and after shots of flocking to mirror box

hi guys. just wondering if im doing something wrong. when i use skysafari ( both versions do it) what im looking for jumps around all over the place, and nothing is in the right part of the sky. this happens on all phones even my latest phone. if i depress compass its ok, but looking for say m31 it will be in the wrong place. when i connect to my dob all is good. any ideas? thanks
