Mars & Comet ISON from Kelling Heath

... is that the true colour green or  something to do with the prossing of photo.

I have to admit I was a bit worried when I saw it coming out green but that is the colour the DSLR gave it, even after colour balancing, so I posted the image as it appeared.  I've since done a quick Google search on "ISON green coma" and have discovered that, yes, there are other images that confirm ISON now definitely has a green coma.
