Thanks eveyone. I kept nippin up to the bedroom to keep an eye out, the cloud cleared just for a minute before it was gone. Very lucky. Shot with Canon 1000D and a canon 55-250 zoom. It's not processed in any way, just cropped down.

Thanks. I was really lucky, just seconds later the dreaded cloud obscured eveything. Taken out of the bedroom window!

I stuck it on my flikr page and the stargazing group and have been quite astounded by the interest. When it gets aded as a fav and you look at that persons images, makes you jolly proud!
