Absolute rubbish! Just been outside, 'quite cold'? It's FREEZING and he never mentioned that icy wind, and CLEAR???? It's really cloudy!

So, following Freds advice it's going to snow tomorrow and be freezing!

He doesn't always get the weather right ( who does ) but he's an amateur astronomer like us. A founder member of the Altrincham and District Astronomical society and co discoverer of the June Lyrids.

Cloudy last night and early this moroning, but clear and sunny today, went out for a ride on the Harley to a telescope shop in Burnley, then Tod fleamarket and back home, passing Tod Astros domes on the way.

Since early December there's been nowt but cloud, rain, sleet and snow !

And fer carps sake... I live in Spain.

In all that time there's only been 3, yes three, clear(ish) nights.

And of those three, I could only make use of one!

So no, don't sack 'em...
