Misty Christmas Morning Sunrise

Whilst visiting my parents who live at the back of beyond, we took an early walk with the dogs on christmas morning. When I saw the post solstice sun rising over the hills in the mist I ran back for the camera.

These shots go some way to bringing back the magic of the morning, the mist was in layers, rolling down the hills, absolutely gorgeous!
