Double Transit (belated)

Hi every one.

This image captured in very changeble

seeing down here on the south coast.

DMK and RGB filters used with about 1000

frames a channel.

Oh and mybelt and braces ex Dob.

That's a cracking shot Ed. I love the detail in the cloud patterns and the crisp shadows of the transiting moons.

I can easily see Ganymede. As for Europa, I'm not sure whether that's a moon of just a light area in the cloud. Saying that it's in exactly the place two different bits of software says it should be so I guess you've managed to get Europa as well - congratulations

Yes IO was visible in the mono chanels but its Very very hard

here in the UK to Overlay everything when combining channels.

So here is an IR shot attached of the event and you should see IO as a

bright white dot .
