Finally some good seeing, C8 and ASI 678, not that much processing, when the stack is good you can do whatever you want with it, basically.

Great images . Images like this are a help too. I was out viewing at the same time. Some finer details I wasn't sure if my eyes were playing tricks (old eyes; floaters etc). This confirms if my sketch was accurate. Thanks for posting.

Thank you all, guys. I actually do imaging inbetween observing with binoviewers (or the other way around, lol) and I also think it is important to maintain some fidelity when processing and not go overboard with the colors. Gas giants are fairly subtle and, well...gaseous.

They are both excellent images, but Saturn is just wow!

Super sharp images there, you can not beat good seeing conditions to bring the mist out in the planets.
