A HALF HEARTED M 51

[CELESCOPE]

Not all that happy with this one , but really was a test piece with the ED 80 to get focus using an extension tube , seemed to work ok , the image is still rather small , quality wise, the moon did not help with this really , subs were not many about 26 i think at 90secs, processed in Maxim, and binned 2x2 , Atik 16hr used, with the CLS filter, ED80 on the HEQ6 SKYSCAN.

Rog that a good looking M51 to me matey? ok not your best but still great. With the Moon out it's really hard to get those faint whispy's isnt it Rog.
