M27 Taken with the ZWO 553MC-PRO.

M27 Taken through a Altair astro Ascent 4" scope at f7 (714mm). 12 X 6 Min exposures. Mount CEM 120, PHD2. I also used a Baarder IR Filter to help control the stars. Still getting use to the camera as ive just recently got it (usually mono), will get a LP Filter soon.............hope you like.

I like it a lot because it has a natural look to the colour. Nice to see you’ve avoided the temptation to force every last shred of colour out of M27.

I agree. A nice balance between background sky colour and M27.

Very nicely processed, Dave  I've heard good things about the 553mc like no amp glow worries.

Yes Chris..............I usually do mono with my atik but wanted a colour camera for speeding up the process with limited imaging time.  Some small niggles and I need to get a LP Filter of some sort. Thanks for your comment.............

Very nice image and I like the square format too (not that you cannot do that regardless but you get what I mean). My first choice earlier in the year was a 533 but there were none in sight so I bought a 294.....
