Andromeda Galaxy at Warp Speed

I love how sometimes APP can pop out an image of high entertainment value. I got this when attempting to combine a widefield image of M31 with a 12 panel mosaic, I really should know better.🤪

Looks like time and space have warped there! Have you imaged a blackhole by any chance 🤣

Extreme gravitational lensing. Or imaged using an Alt-Az by mistake without a rotator.

I wonder if the Event Horizon Telescope collaboration used the same software.

Excellent bit of artistic astronomical art, enter it for the Astronomy Image competition, It's better that last years M31 with out of focus stars 👍

I had the same idea, but it’s not quite the result I was aiming for after 4 hrs in front of APP and PI.

Oooooh don't mention THAT Andromeda picture. When I saw it on the free calender I was so angry I cancelled my Sky at Night subscription.
